From Burnham Park, head towards the eastern exit of the park, which is near the Burnham Lake. Exit the park and turn left onto Magsaysay Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Outlook Ridge. At this junction, you will see a sign pointing towards Mines View. Turn right onto Outlook Ridge Road and follow the road uphill. After approximately 1.5 kilometers of walking, you will arrive at the Mines View Observation Deck.
