From Burnham Park, head towards the eastern exit of the park, which is near the Burnham Lake. Exit the park and turn left onto Magsaysay Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Outlook Ridge. At this junction, you will see a sign pointing towards Mines View. Turn right onto Outlook Ridge Road and follow the road uphill. After approximately 1.5 kilometers of walking, you will arrive at the Mines View Observation Deck.

If walking isn't preferable, you can take a tricycle from Burnham Park to Mines View Observation Deck. Look for tricycles parked near the park entrance. A ride to Mines View usually costs around PHP 50-100, depending on your negotiation skills. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will take you directly to the observation deck. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
