From Mines View Park, start by heading down towards the main road (Mines View Park Road). As you reach the main road, turn right. Continue walking along the main road until you reach the intersection with Outlook Ridge Road. Keep an eye out for the sign directing you towards Panagbenga Park. Once you reach the intersection, cross the road carefully and continue straight until you see the entrance to Panagbenga Park on your left. The walk should take around 15 to 20 minutes.

If you prefer a quicker route, you can take a tricycle from Mines View Park. Look for a tricycle terminal just outside the park area. Ask the driver to take you to Panagbenga Park.
