If you are driving from Legazpi City, take the Maharlika Highway (AH26) towards Tabaco City. Continue along the highway until you reach the ferry terminal in Tabaco. From there, take a ferry to San Andres, Catanduanes. The ferry ride takes about 1-2 hours and costs approximately PHP 200-300 per person. Once you arrive in San Andres, drive or take a local transport to Baras. Follow the signs to Binurong Point, which is located at MC97+GRC, Baras, Catanduanes. The road conditions may vary, so be prepared for some rough areas.
