Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Naga City, which is a central hub in the Bicol Region. Take the Pan-Philippine Highway (AH26) heading north. Continue driving for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the town of Libmanan. Once in Libmanan, follow the local signs towards P26H+J72. Bulalacao Hills is located at these coordinates: 13.7115057 latitude and 123.0281264 longitude. The drive should take around an hour, depending on traffic conditions.
Bus
For those using public transportation, head to the central bus terminal in Naga City. Look for buses heading to Libmanan, which are frequent. The fare is typically around PHP 50 to PHP 100, depending on the bus company. The journey will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Libmanan, you can take a tricycle to reach P26H+J72, which should cost about PHP 30-50 for the ride.
Tricycle
After reaching Libmanan via bus, you will need to hire a tricycle to reach Bulalacao Hills. Provide the driver with the coordinates (13.7115057, 123.0281264) or simply say 'Bulalacao Hills'. The tricycle ride will take about 15-20 minutes, and you should expect to pay around PHP 30-50.
