If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Legazpi City. Head southeast on the Maharlika Highway (AH26) towards Tabaco City. Continue on this road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for Jovellar. Take the left turn onto the road towards Jovellar. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will arrive at Brgy. Jovellar. Follow the signs directing you to the Jovellar Underground River, which is located at 3JH5+RP2, Brgy. Jovellar, Albay.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Legazpi City, you can take a bus bound for Tabaco City. Buses frequently depart from the Legazpi Grand Terminal. The fare is approximately PHP 50 and the travel time is around 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Tabaco City, take a jeepney or tricycle to Jovellar. The fare for this short trip is about PHP 30-50, and it will take another 30 minutes to reach Brgy. Jovellar. Once you get to Jovellar, ask locals for directions to the Jovellar Underground River.
