If you are driving from Legazpi City, head southeast on the Pan-Philippine Highway (AH26) towards Jovellar. Continue straight for approximately 21 kilometers until you reach Jovellar. Once you arrive at the town center, follow signs leading to Brgy. Jovellar. The Jovellar Underground River is located at the coordinates 3JH5+RP2, Brgy, Jovellar, Albay. Keep an eye out for local signage as you get closer. Parking is available near the entrance, but be prepared for a small parking fee.

By Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Jovellar via public transportation, head to the Legazpi Grand Central Terminal and look for buses that head towards Ligao City or Tabaco City. Inform the driver to drop you off at Jovellar. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive in Jovellar, you can either walk or take a local tricycle to reach the Underground River. The tricycle fare should be around 20-30 PHP per person.
