If you are driving from Legazpi City, head north on the Pan-Philippine Highway (AH26) towards Tabaco City. Continue to follow AH26 for approximately 90 kilometers until you reach the junction for San Andres. Turn left onto the road leading to San Andres and continue for about 20 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Lictin Tower. The park is located near Lictin Tower in San Andres, Catanduanes.

From Legazpi City, you can take a bus heading to Virac, Catanduanes. Several bus companies operate this route, and the trip takes about 4 to 5 hours. Once you arrive in Virac, take a local jeepney or motorcycle (habal-habal) to San Andres. Inform the driver to drop you off at Lictin Tower, which is the nearest landmark to Luyang Cave Park. The total fare for the bus is approximately 400-600 PHP, and the jeepney/motorcycle fare is around 50-100 PHP.
