From your accommodation in Tagbilaran City, take a tricycle to the Tagbilaran Bus Terminal. Once you arrive, look for a bus heading to Carmen. The bus ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the Chocolate Hills entrance. From the entrance, you can take another tricycle to the Chocolate Hills View Point, which is about 3 kilometers away.

If you are in Loboc, take a bus from the Loboc Bus Terminal to Carmen. The journey will take around 30 to 45 minutes. Once you reach Carmen, you can either walk to the Chocolate Hills entrance (about 1 kilometer) or take a tricycle to the entrance. After reaching the entrance, take a tricycle to the Chocolate Hills View Point which is approximately 3 kilometers further.

From Panglao Island, you can take a van to Tagbilaran City. At the Tagbilaran Van Terminal, switch to a van heading to Carmen. The van ride will take about 1 hour. Once in Carmen, follow the same instructions as above: take a tricycle to the Chocolate Hills entrance and then another tricycle to the View Point.
