The ride should take approximately 30 minutes. The driver will navigate through Tagbilaran East Road, and you will see signs for Baluarte as you approach Loay. Make sure to have some cash ready to pay the driver upon arrival.

Take a local bus from Tagbilaran City to Loay. Head to the bus terminal in Tagbilaran and look for buses heading towards Loboc or any bus that passes through Loay. It’s a good idea to ask the bus staff to notify you when you reach Loay. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Loay, you can either walk or take a tricycle to Baluarte, which is about 10 minutes away from the bus stop.

If you prefer a more adventurous option, you can take a 'habal-habal' (motorcycle taxi) from Tagbilaran City. You can find habal-habal drivers near the main terminal.
