If you are starting from Tagbilaran City, you can take a tricycle to the Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, look for buses heading to Carmen. If you are staying in other areas of Bohol, such as Panglao or Loboc, you can take a bus to Tagbilaran City first. From Tagbilaran, follow the previous steps to reach Carmen and then take a habal-habal to Chocolate Hills.
