If you are starting from Tagbilaran City, you can take a tricycle to the Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, look for buses heading to Carmen. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Tell the driver that you are going to the Chocolate Hills, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop.

From the bus stop in Carmen, you can take a short habal-habal (motorbike taxi) ride directly to the Chocolate Hills entrance. The distance is about 5 kilometers, and the ride will take around 10 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting the ride.

If you are staying in other areas of Bohol, such as Panglao or Loboc, you can take a bus to Tagbilaran City first. From Tagbilaran, follow the previous steps to reach Carmen and then take a habal-habal to Chocolate Hills.
