Once you arrive in Carmen, get off at the Carmen bus terminal. From the terminal, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (habal-habal) to take you directly to the Chocolate Hills Complex. The ride will take about 20 minutes.

If you are staying in nearby towns or resorts such as Loboc or Anda, you can hire a habal-habal driver to take you directly to the Chocolate Hills Complex. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting the journey. The ride from Loboc will take approximately 30-40 minutes, while from Anda it can take about 1.5 hours.
