Walking
If you are starting from Plaza Divisoria, head south along the main road (C.M. Recto Avenue) for about 10 minutes. You'll pass by several local shops and cafes. Continue walking straight until you reach the corner of C.M. Recto Avenue and San Agustin Street. Turn left onto San Agustin Street and walk straight for another 5 minutes. The St. Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral will be on your right, just past the intersection with Pabayo Street.

Jeepney
From the city center, find a jeepney that has 'Bugo' or 'Gusa' on its sign. Board the jeepney and inform the driver that you are going to St. Augustine Cathedral. The fare is usually around 10 PHP. The jeepney will take you along C.M. Recto Avenue; you can ask the driver to drop you off at the cathedral. It takes about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you get off, the cathedral will be right in front of you.

If you prefer a tricycle, you can hire one from anywhere in the city. Simply tell the driver you want to go to St. Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral.
