Walking

If you are near the Cagayan de Oro City Hall, exit the building and head south on R. T. Lim Boulevard. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Corrales Extension. Turn left onto Corrales Extension and walk for another 500 meters. The Museum of Three Cultures will be on your right at FMQ2+CR6, Corrales Ext, Cagayan de Oro.
Public Transport (Jeepney)

From Divisoria, take a jeepney that is bound for 'Macabalan' or 'Villarosa'. Stay on the jeepney for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the stop at Corrales Extension. After getting off, walk towards Corrales Extension and head straight for about 200 meters. The Museum of Three Cultures will be on your left at FMQ2+CR6, Corrales Ext, Cagayan de Oro.
Tricycle

You can also take a tricycle from various locations around the city. Just tell the driver to take you to the Museum of Three Cultures located at FMQ2+CR6, Corrales Ext.
