Car
If you are driving, start your journey from Tuguegarao City, the capital of Cagayan Province. Head west on Cagayan Valley Road (National Route 5) towards the town of Bayombong. Continue on this road for about 90 kilometers until you reach the junction for Nueva Vizcaya. Turn left onto the Nueva Vizcaya Road and follow it for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach a junction. Here, take the right turn towards Paracelis. After about 30 kilometers, you will enter Paracelis town. From the town center, follow signs for Simma'bot View Deck, which is roughly 10 kilometers uphill. Be prepared for some steep and winding roads. Parking is available near the view deck.
