From anywhere in Cebu City, you can take a taxi to the North Bus Terminal (located at the corner of M.J. Cuenco Ave and A.S. Fortuna St). Once at the North Bus Terminal, inform the driver that you want to go to the Lapu-Lapu City. The taxi ride should take around 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. When you reach Lapu-Lapu City, ask the driver to drop you off at the Marigondon Beach area.

Head to the North Bus Terminal in Cebu City. Take a bus heading to Lapu-Lapu City. The fare is very affordable, usually around 25-50 PHP. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive at the terminal in Lapu-Lapu City, you can take a tricycle to the Marigondon Beach area, which is usually around 15-20 PHP. From Marigondon Beach, you will need to hire a local boat or ask for directions to the Caohagan Island, which is a short boat ride away.

You can use a motorcycle taxi app to book a ride from your location in Cebu City directly to Marigondon Beach in Lapu-Lapu City. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at Marigondon Beach, you can hire a local boat to Caohagan Island, which typically costs around 150-200 PHP per person for the short trip.

If you prefer a scenic route, you can take a ferry from Cebu City to Mactan Island. Head to the Cebu Pier and catch a ferry to Mactan. From there, you can take a tricycle to Marigondon Beach and hire a local boat to take you to Caohagan Island. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes, and the tricycle ride will take about 15 minutes.
