From Cebu City, head southeast on Osmeña Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with N. Bacalso Avenue. Turn right onto N. Bacalso Avenue and continue for about 4 kilometers. Look for the sign to Buhisan Dam and take a left onto Buhisan Road. Follow Buhisan Road for approximately 5 kilometers. The Buhisan Dam View Deck will be on your left. There is no entrance fee to access the view deck.

From Cebu City, take a jeepney bound for 'Buhisan' or 'Talamban'. The terminal for these jeepneys is near the downtown area, specifically at the corner of Osmeña Boulevard and N. Bacalso Avenue. The fare is around 10-15 PHP. Inform the driver that you are going to Buhisan Dam. Once you arrive at the Buhisan area, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer on Buhisan Road to reach the view deck. Look for signs pointing towards the view deck.
