If you are driving from Cebu City, head east on Osmeña Blvd towards the South Road Properties. Continue on the South Road Properties, then take the ramp to Mactan Island. After crossing the Mactan-Mandaue Bridge, follow the signs for Lapu-Lapu City. Continue straight on the main road until you reach Mactan Shrine, located at 8268+83X Mactan Shrine, Lapu-Lapu City. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.

For a straightforward option, you can take a taxi or use the Grab app from any location in Cebu City directly to Mactan Shrine. Just input 'Mactan Shrine' as your destination. The fare may vary depending on traffic but expect to pay around PHP 250 - PHP 400. The ride should take approximately 30-45 minutes.

Public Transportation (Jeepney)
To reach Mactan Shrine via jeepney, take the jeepney with the sign 'Mactan' from Cebu City. You can catch these jeepneys at various locations, including near the Cebu Provincial Capitol. Once on the jeepney, pay the fare (around PHP 20) and tell the driver you are heading to Mactan Shrine. After approximately 1 hour, get off at the Mactan Shrine stop. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance.

Public Transportation (Bus)
Another option is to take a bus from Cebu City to Mactan Island. Head to the Cebu North Bus Terminal and board a bus heading to Mactan. The bus fare is about PHP 25. Once you arrive at the Mactan bus terminal, you can take a local jeepney or a tricycle to Mactan Shrine, which will cost around PHP 10 - PHP 20.
