Car
From Cebu City, head southwest on N. Escario St. towards F. Ramos St. Continue straight onto the Cebu South Road. Follow the signs leading to Toledo City. After approximately 25 kilometers, take the exit toward Toledo/Pinamungajan. Continue on Toledo - Manipis Rd for about 10 kilometers. Look for the signs to Manipis Viewing Deck. There is parking available at the viewing deck.

Public Transportation
From Cebu City, head to the Cebu South Bus Terminal. Take a bus going to Toledo City. The fare is approximately 50-70 PHP. Inform the bus driver to drop you off at the turn-off for Manipis Viewing Deck. Once you get off, you can either walk along the Toledo - Manipis Rd for about 30 minutes or hire a motorbike (habal-habal) for around 100 PHP to take you directly to the viewing deck.
