If you're driving from Cebu City, take the South Road Properties towards Talisay City. Continue on the N. Bacalso Avenue until you reach the junction at Talisay. Follow the road signs towards Carcar City. Once you reach Carcar, look for signs pointing towards Barili. From Barili, take the road towards Sayaw Falls. There will be local signage to guide you. The last leg of the journey may involve some rough roads, so drive carefully. Parking is available near the falls, but there may be a small fee, around PHP 20.

From Cebu City, head to the South Bus Terminal. Look for buses heading to Barili or Moalboal. The fare is approximately PHP 100-150 and the journey takes about 2-3 hours, depending on traffic. Inform the bus conductor that you are going to Sayaw Falls, and they will notify you when to disembark. After getting off the bus, you will need to take a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to the falls, which will cost around PHP 50-100 per person for the short trip.
