From Tarlac City, head northwest on McArthur Highway (N2) towards San Clemente. Continue on N2 for about 20 kilometers until you reach San Clemente. Turn left onto Sitio Dueg Barangay road. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers, and Dueg-Kapya Ken Talna will be on your right.
