Head north on the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and take the exit towards the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). Continue driving until you reach the Cabanatuan City exit. Once you exit, follow the signs directing you to Cabanatuan City. Navigate towards the city center, and look for Freedom Park, which is located on the corner of General Tinio Avenue and Manuel L. Quezon Street. There is ample parking available near the park.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from your location to Cabanatuan City. Buses to Cabanatuan are available from various terminals in Central Luzon, such as the Dau Bus Terminal or San Fernando Bus Terminal. The fare typically ranges from 150 to 300 PHP depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at the Cabanatuan City Bus Terminal, you can take a tricycle or jeepney to Freedom Park.
