Car
From Metro Manila, take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and head towards San Simon exit. Continue on the NLEX and take the exit towards the SCTEX (Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway) to Tarlac. After reaching the end of SCTEX, follow the signs to DRT (Doña Remedios Trinidad) via the DRT Highway. Once in Doña Remedios Trinidad, follow the road signs to Barangay Bayabas. The trailhead for Mount Manalmon is located at 537R+3CV, Doña Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan. Parking is available near the trailhead, but be aware of local parking fees.
Public Transportation
From Metro Manila, head to the Baliwag Transit bus terminal (located in various locations such as Cubao or Malabon). Take a bus headed for Baliwag, Bulacan. Once you reach Baliwag, transfer to a jeepney or tricycle heading to Doña Remedios Trinidad. Inform the driver you’re going to Mount Manalmon. The fare for the bus is approximately PHP 100-150, while the jeepney fare is around PHP 20-30. Upon arrival in Doña Remedios Trinidad, you can either walk to the trailhead or hire a local tricycle for about PHP 50-100 to reach the start of the hiking trail.
