From Cebu City, take the ferry to Tagbilaran City, Bohol. The ferry ride takes about 2 hours. Upon arrival at Tagbilaran, drive north on the AH26 highway towards the town of Trinidad. Follow signs for Trinidad and continue straight until you reach the intersection for 28Q6+685. The Batungay Caverns are located just a few kilometers from the town center of Trinidad. Make sure to have some cash on hand for the entrance fee (₱20 for adults, ₱10 for children).

If traveling by bus from Tagbilaran City, head to the Dao Terminal and catch a bus heading towards Carmen or Tubigon. Inform the driver that you are going to Trinidad. The bus ride typically takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Trinidad, you can take a tricycle or a motorcycle taxi to Batungay Caverns, which is approximately 10 minutes away. Prepare to pay the entrance fee upon arrival (₱20 for adults, ₱10 for children).
