Car
If you're driving from Cebu City, take the ferry from Cebu to Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Once you arrive in Tagbilaran, head west on J.P. Rizal Avenue. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach EK Inting Street. Turn right onto EK Inting Street, and you will find the Blood Compact Shrine at the end of the street.
Public Transportation
From Cebu City, take a bus or V-hire to the Tagbilaran City terminal. Upon arrival, take a tricycle or a motorcycle taxi to the Blood Compact Shrine. Just inform the driver, and they will know the location. The shrine is about 3 kilometers from the terminal, and you should arrive in about 10-15 minutes.

If you are staying close to the Tagbilaran City center, you can walk to the Blood Compact Shrine. Start at the Tagbilaran Plaza, head southwest on J.P. Rizal Avenue, and then turn right onto EK Inting Street. The shrine is approximately a 25-minute walk from the plaza.
