If you're traveling by car, head towards the town of Carmen in Bohol. From the Tagbilaran City proper, take the road leading to the North (northbound). Follow the signs to Carmen, which is approximately a 1-hour drive (about 37 km). Once you reach Carmen, follow the Loay Interior Road. The Chocolate Hills Complex is located at Q5X8+GW5, Loay Interior Road, Carmen. There is ample parking available on-site for visitors.

Public Transportation - Bus
To reach the Chocolate Hills Complex via public transportation, take a bus from Tagbilaran City to Carmen. Buses regularly depart from the Tagbilaran Bus Terminal and the fare is typically around PHP 50-70. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Carmen bus terminal, you may hire a tricycle or a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you to the Chocolate Hills Complex. The tricycle fare is around PHP 150-200, depending on negotiation, and it is about a 15-20 minute ride to the complex.

Another option is to take a van from Tagbilaran City to Carmen. Vans can be found at the Tagbilaran Terminal and usually leave when full. The fare is similar to the bus, around PHP 50-70, and the travel time is roughly 1 hour.
