Car
If you're driving from Tagbilaran City, take the Abatan River Bridge road (also known as the Tagbilaran - Cortes Road) towards Cortes. Continue on this road for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach Cortes proper. Once in Cortes, look for Patrocinio Road. Turn onto Patrocinio Road and follow the signs that lead you to Malingin Falls. The falls are located about 1.5 kilometers down Patrocinio Road. There is ample parking along the road near the falls.

From Tagbilaran City, head to the Dao Integrated Bus Terminal. Take a bus that is heading towards the town of Cortes. The fare is usually around 20-30 PHP, and the journey takes about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Upon reaching Cortes, disembark at the town center. From there, you can hire a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Malingin Falls for about 50-100 PHP. The motorcycle ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
