If you are traveling by car, start from the main viewing area of the Chocolate Hills. Head east on the main road (Provincial Road) towards the town of Carmen. After approximately 6 kilometers, turn left onto Loay Interior Road. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with J25X+W4F. Turn right, and after a short drive, you will reach Himontagon Hills. Look for signs pointing towards Himontagon Hills, and be careful of the local roads which may be narrow and winding.

To reach Himontagon Hills using public transportation, first take a tricycle or a jeepney from your location in Chocolate Hills to the nearest bus station in Carmen. This should cost around PHP 20-30. From Carmen, board a bus heading towards Loay. The bus fare is approximately PHP 30-50. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the J25X+W4F intersection.
