From Chocolate Hills, head southeast on the main road towards Bilar. Continue straight until you reach the junction that leads to the town of Anda. Turn right at the junction and follow the signs towards Anda. The drive will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once in Anda, follow the signs to Quinale Beach, which is located on the coast. You can park near the beach entrance.

Public Transportation
Take a local bus or van from Chocolate Hills to the town of Anda. Buses and vans leave regularly from the main terminal. The ride will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Anda, you can take a tricycle or motorbike taxi to Quinale Beach. The tricycle ride should cost around 20 to 50 PHP depending on your bargaining skills and the distance from the town center to the beach.
