Car
If you are driving, head to Sagada in Mountain Province. From the town center, take the Kiltepan Road, which is well-marked. Follow this road for approximately 2-3 kilometers until you reach the viewpoint. The road can be steep and winding, so drive carefully. Parking may be available near the viewpoint, but be mindful of local parking regulations.
Public Transportation
From Bontoc, take a jeepney to Sagada. The fare is around PHP 50-70 per person. Upon arriving in Sagada, you can hire a motorbike or a tricycle to take you to Kiltepan View. The fare for a tricycle can range from PHP 150-300, depending on the negotiation. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kiltepan View, and they will know the way. The ride is about 15-20 minutes from the town center.
Hiking
If you are feeling adventurous and are already in Sagada, you can hike to Kiltepan View. Starting from the town center, head towards the Kiltepan Road. The hike may take about 1-2 hours depending on your pace. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear and bring water. The views along the way are beautiful, especially during sunrise or sunset.
