From Bangued, the capital of Abra, take the Abra-Kalinga Road heading towards Tineg. Follow the road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the area near the Kaparkan Falls. There are no direct access roads to the falls, so you will need to park your car at a designated parking area nearby and then walk to the falls, which is approximately a 20-30 minute hike down a trail.

To reach Kaparkan Falls via public transport, take a bus or jeepney from Bangued to Tineg. The bus departs from the Bangued bus terminal. The walk to the falls will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
