After crossing the San Juanico Bridge, continue on AH26 until you reach Naval, the capital of Biliran. From Naval, take the Circumferential Road towards Caibiran. The journey should take about 2-3 hours. Upon reaching Caibiran, look for signs leading to Tomalistis Falls, which is located along the Circumferential Road. There is limited parking available near the falls, so be sure to arrive early.
