From Laoag City, head to the Laoag City Bus Terminal. Look for buses heading to Pagudpud. The trip will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. Make sure to inform the bus conductor that you want to stop at Batanes of the North, located at JRPH+WQ6, Pagudpud. The bus will drop you off at a nearby stop; from there, you can walk to the site.

If you're in Pagudpud town proper, you can hire a tricycle to take you directly to Batanes of the North. Just tell the driver to take you to JRPH+WQ6. The ride should take about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Motorbike Rental
For a more adventurous option, you can rent a motorbike in Pagudpud. Make your way to the rental shops in town, and after securing your bike, follow the main road towards the north. Use GPS or maps to guide you to JRPH+WQ6, which is easily accessible. The ride will take around 20 minutes.
