From Laoag City, head to the Laoag City Bus Terminal. Look for buses bound for Paoay, which are frequent. The fare is relatively inexpensive, typically around 20-30 PHP. Inform the bus conductor that you are going to Paoay Sand Dunes. The bus will drop you off at the Paoay town proper. From there, you can take a tricycle to reach Paoay Sand Dunes Adventures. The tricycle fare should be around 50-100 PHP, depending on your negotiation skills.

If you are in a nearby area such as Batac or San Nicolas, you can take a tricycle directly to Paoay Sand Dunes Adventures. Just tell the driver your destination, and they will take you directly there. The fare may vary from 100 to 200 PHP based on distance and negotiation.

From Laoag City, you can also find vans that head towards Paoay. These vans usually leave from designated terminals. Make sure to ask for one that is specifically going to Paoay. The fare is similar to the bus, around 20-30 PHP. Once you arrive at Paoay Town, take a tricycle as mentioned earlier.
