From Laoag City, head to the Laoag City Bus Terminal. Look for buses heading to Pagudpud, which usually run every hour. The journey will take about 2-3 hours. Inform the driver or conductor that you’re heading to Pasaleng Beach. When you arrive in Pagudpud, ask to be dropped off at the nearest point to HW5X+CFF Bridge.
