From Laoag City, head to the Laoag City Bus Terminal. Look for buses heading to Pagudpud or Bangui. The fare is approximately PHP 50-70. The bus ride will take around 1-1.5 hours. Inform the bus conductor that you are going to Bangui Windmills, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop.

Once you arrive at the Bangui bus stop, look for a tricycle that can take you to Bangui Windmills. The fare is usually around PHP 20-30 per person. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to 'Bangui Windmills' or show them a picture if you have one.

Walking
If you find yourself near the Bangui town center after getting off the bus, you can also walk to the windmills. Head northwest on the main road, following the signs to the beach. The windmills are approximately 3 kilometers away from the town center, and the walk will take around 30-40 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
