    If you are starting from the Laoag City Plaza, head towards the nearest tricycle terminal located at the corner of Rizal Street and J.P. Rizal Street. Take a tricycle and inform the driver that you want to go to the Laoag City Welcome Arch. The fare should be around 15 to 30 PHP depending on your starting point. The ride will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. You will be dropped off right in front of the arch.

    If you are near the Laoag City Hall, you can walk to the Laoag City Welcome Arch. Exit the City Hall and proceed to Rizal Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with National Hiway. Turn left on National Hiway and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. The arch will be visible on your right. This walk will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
