If you're traveling by car, set your GPS to 003 Rizal St, Bantay, Ilocos Sur, which is the address of the Bantay Bell Tower. The tower is located just 3 kilometers from Vigan City. From Vigan, take the main road (Calle Crisologo) and head south until you reach the junction at the provincial road. Turn left onto Bantay Road. Follow this road until you see the tower on your left. There is parking available near the site.
Bus
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from major cities like Manila or Laoag to Vigan City. Once in Vigan, make your way to the Vigan Bus Terminal. From there, you can take a local jeepney or tricycle to Bantay. Local jeepneys generally cost around PHP 10-15 per person and take around 15 minutes to reach Bantay Bell Tower. Ask the driver to drop you off at Bantay Bell Tower.
Tricycle
If you are already in Vigan and prefer a more direct route, you can hire a tricycle from your location. The fare should be negotiated but typically ranges from PHP 50 to PHP 100 depending on your pickup point and how many passengers are traveling. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes.
