If you are traveling by car, head towards Vigan City using the main highway. From Laoag City, take the Marcos Avenue southbound until you reach the intersection with Quirino Boulevard. Turn left onto Quirino Boulevard, and continue driving for approximately 2 kilometers. The Syquia Mansion Museum will be on your left, just before the intersection with Calle Crisologo.

Public Transportation
To reach Syquia Mansion Museum via public transportation, take a bus from Laoag City to Vigan City. Buses frequently leave from the Laoag Bus Terminal. The travel time is about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the fare is approximately PHP 50 to PHP 100, depending on the bus company. Once you arrive at the Vigan Bus Terminal, you can take a tricycle (around PHP 20) to the museum. Just tell the driver to take you to Syquia Mansion Museum on Quirino Boulevard.

If you are already in Vigan City, you can easily walk to Syquia Mansion Museum. From Calle Crisologo, head southeast to Quirino Boulevard. The museum is about a 10 to 15-minute walk from there. Walk straight until you reach the museum, which will be on your left side.
