Once in Pagudpud, look for the signs directing you to Kabigan Falls, which is approximately 5 kilometers from the main road. There is a small parking area near the entrance of the falls. Note that you may need to pay a parking fee of around PHP 20.

To reach Kabigan Falls via public transportation, board a bus or van bound for Pagudpud from Laoag City. The journey typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at Pagudpud, you can hire a tricycle to take you to the entrance of Kabigan Falls, which is about 5 kilometers away from the main road. The tricycle fare is approximately PHP 100-150, depending on your negotiation skills. At the entrance, be prepared to pay an entrance fee of approximately PHP 30.
