If you are starting from the Legazpi City Plaza, head east on Rizal Street towards Legazpi Boulevard. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Legazpi Boulevard. Turn left onto Legazpi Boulevard and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will see the Legazpi Macabalo Esplanades on your right, near the waterfront.

From the Legazpi City Plaza, you can take a tricycle to Legazpi Macabalo Esplanades. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Esplanades near Legazpi Boulevard. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Esplanades, and you will see the scenic views along the waterfront.
