If you are starting from the Legazpi City Public Market, head southwest on San Vicente St. towards Rizal St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Legazpi Boulevard. Turn left and walk along Legazpi Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Barangay Padang. From there, follow the signs leading to the Padang Memorial Cross, which is located at the top of a hill. The hike will take approximately 30 minutes.

From the Legazpi City Public Market, take a tricycle that is heading towards Barangay Padang. Inform the driver you want to go to the Padang Memorial Cross. The fare is usually around 20-30 PHP. The driver will drop you off at the foot of the hill where the cross is located. You will need to hike up the hill for about 10-15 minutes to reach the memorial.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the Legazpi City Public Market. Head towards Legazpi Boulevard and then follow the route towards Barangay Padang. As you approach the area, look for signs directing you to the Padang Memorial Cross. Once you reach the base of the hill, park your bicycle, and hike up the remaining path to the memorial. The ride should take around 20 minutes, and the hike will take an additional 15 minutes.
