If you're starting from Manila, take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) toward Lucena City. From Lucena, take the Lucena-Bondoc Peninsula Road to reach the port of Dalahican. Once at the port, take a ferry to the island of Marinduque. Upon arrival at the port in Boac, rent a car or take a local jeepney to Mogpog. The Luzon Datum of 1911 is located along the Marinduque Circumferential Road, near the coordinates HV69+3H4. Ensure to check ferry schedules in advance; the fare is approximately PHP 500 to PHP 800 per person.
