Public Transportation
To reach German Ruin and Cliff Bantayan Island from Malapascua Island, start by taking a bangka (motorized outrigger boat) from Malapascua to Maya Port on Cebu mainland. The boat ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes and typically costs around 100-150 PHP per person. Once you arrive at Maya Port, exit the port area and look for a bus or van heading to Santa Fe on Bantayan Island. The fare for the bus or van is about 100 PHP and the journey takes roughly 1-1.5 hours. After reaching Santa Fe, ask the driver or locals for directions to Cliff Bantayan Island, which is a well-known cliff diving spot.

Private Car Rental
If you prefer to drive, rent a car in Cebu City and head north to Maya Port. The drive will take approximately 3-4 hours. Upon reaching Maya Port, park your car and take the bangka to Malapascua Island. After visiting the island, return to Maya Port, then drive to Santa Fe on Bantayan Island. Follow the local signs to reach Cliff Bantayan Island. Note that parking fees may apply at the port.
