Car
If you are driving from Cebu City, follow the signs to the North Bus Terminal. From there, take a bus bound for Hagnaya Port. The bus ride will take about 3-4 hours, depending on traffic. Upon arriving at Hagnaya Port, purchase a ferry ticket to Bantayan Island. The ferry ride takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive at Santa Fe, you can either take a tricycle or rent a motorbike to reach The Fountain of Love located at Saagundo St, Poblacion, Santa Fe.

Public Transportation
From Cebu City, go to the North Bus Terminal and board a bus to Hagnaya Port. The fare is approximately PHP 200-250. When you reach Hagnaya, buy a ferry ticket for Bantayan Island (around PHP 200). After the ferry ride, you will reach Santa Fe. You can take a tricycle for about PHP 20-50 per person to The Fountain of Love, located on Saagundo St, Poblacion, Santa Fe.
