After about 2-3 hours of driving, you will reach the port of Hagnaya. Park your car in a safe area and take a ferry from Hagnaya to Santa Fe. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Santa Fe, you can reach the Sta. Fe Cliff Diving Spot by taking a short tricycle ride or a 15-minute walk along the coast.
