Continue past the Manila Hotel on your right and keep walking until you reach the intersection with Arroceros Street. Here, you will see the Manila City Hall ahead. The entrance to the Manila City Hall Underpass is located just beside the City Hall building.
Public Transport - Jeepney

If you are near Quiapo Church, you can take a jeepney heading to 'Lawton' or 'Plaza Lawton.' Board the jeepney and inform the driver that you will be getting off at Manila City Hall. Once you reach the Lawton area, get off and walk towards the Manila City Hall. The entrance to the Manila City Hall Underpass is located right next to the City Hall.
Public Transport - LRT

Take the LRT Line 1 (Yellow Line) and alight at the 'Central Terminal' station. Exit the station and head towards the direction of Lawton.
