From your location in Manila, head to the nearest major road where you can catch a jeepney. Look for a jeepney that goes to 'Tanay'. You will need to ride this jeepney until you reach the Tanay town proper. The fare is usually around PHP 50-70. Once you arrive in Tanay, ask the driver to drop you off at the Tanay Public Market.
Tricycle
Upon reaching the Tanay Public Market, look for tricycles parked nearby. You will need to hire a tricycle to take you to Mt. Batolusong. Negotiate the fare, which should range from PHP 150-250 depending on your negotiation skills. The tricycle will take you to the base of Mt. Batolusong where you can start your hike.
Hiking
Once the tricycle drops you off at the base of Mt. Batolusong, follow the marked trails that lead to the hiking area. Ensure you have the appropriate hiking gear and plenty of water.
