From any point in Manila, find a jeepney that is headed towards 'Espana' or 'UST'. You can catch a jeepney along main roads such as Rizal Avenue or Quiapo. Make sure to ask the driver if they go to UST. Once you're on board, stay alert for the landmarks. After about 15-20 minutes, you will arrive at the corner of España Boulevard. Get off when you see the UST main gate.

Take the LRT Line 1 (Yellow Line) and alight at the 'Gil Puyat Station'. From there, transfer to the LRT Line 2 (Purple Line) at the Recto Station. Ride the train towards Antipolo and get off at the 'Legarda Station'. From Legarda Station, take a jeepney or tricycle headed towards España Boulevard. Ask the driver to drop you off at the UST main gate.

Locate a bus stop that serves routes towards 'Espana' or 'Quiapo'. Board the bus and stay on it until you reach the España Boulevard area. Look for the UST main gate as a landmark. Once you arrive at España Boulevard, you can walk to the UST Museum which is located inside the university campus.
