If you are starting from the iconic Rizal Park, head northeast towards T.M. Kalaw Avenue. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Taft Avenue. Cross Taft Avenue, and then take a left onto Taft Avenue. Follow Taft Avenue until you reach the LRT-1 Pedro Gil Station. From there, take the LRT-1 train towards Monumento. Get off at the 4th stop, which is the Doroteo Jose Station. Once you exit the station, head northeast towards Ongpin Street. Walk along Ongpin Street, and you will find the Ongpin North Bridge Arch at 762-768, 1008 Ongpin St, Binondo, Manila.
