If you are near the Manila Cathedral, head southeast on Cabildo Street. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Sta. Lucia Street. Turn left onto Sta. Lucia Street and walk straight for about 5 minutes. Baluartillo de San Jose will be on your right side, just before you reach the walls of Intramuros.

From Fort Santiago, exit the fort and turn left. Walk along the path leading to the main road (General Luna Street). Turn right on General Luna Street and walk for about 7 minutes until you reach the intersection with Sta. Lucia Street. Turn left on Sta. Lucia Street, and you will see Baluartillo de San Jose a short distance ahead on your left.
